I've leveled off an been maintaining my weight pretty easily. One of the advantages to a "non-diet" approach (just counting calories, but eating everything in smaller portions) is that maintenance is simply a matter of doing the same thing you've been doing, just eating a bit more (and/or exercising a bit less). Actually, the hardest part was the eating more calories part. It felt strangely gluttonous to be eating over 2,000 calories in a day after not having done so for the better part of nine months -- the odd part is that I surely ate well over 2,000 calories for years to get to 300 pounds, so it shouldn't feel strange, but it does.
So far, so good!
172.4 pounds (down 131, up 1.2 from my low point)
