In August I requested a free sample of Universal Shock Therapy. I wasn't sure if I was going to receive it as it states that it's for the continental United States. However, when I emailed them to inquire my sample and gave them my mailing address they sent me two samples of their Universal Shock Therapy Grape Ape (20 g).
